Case presentation
Male, 39-year old with root fracture on left central incisor due to earlier trauma. The tooth has previously undergone endodontic treatment. Immediate installation of an OsseoSpeed™ 4.5 with delayed loading has been decided. After a healing time of three weeks, the implant is restored with a ZirDesign™ abutment and full ceramic crown.
